Our Approach to Ministry Partnerships

At Crossroads Coffee Traders, we believe meaningful Kingdom partnerships are built through trust, relationship, shared mission, and long-term integrity. Because of that, we approach ministry partnerships carefully, prayerfully, and intentionally rather than transactionally.

Our current ministry partners are organizations we have personally known, served alongside, and observed firsthand through years of relationship and international ministry experience. These partnerships have been built through mutual trust, aligned values, proven integrity, and direct involvement in the field.

As a mission-minded business, stewardship matters deeply to us. While we sincerely respect the work many ministries are doing around the world, we typically do not establish partnerships or provide support solely through unsolicited fundraising requests, cold emails, or direct outreach alone. We believe the strongest partnerships develop naturally over time through relationship, transparency, shared vision, and meaningful connection.

When evaluating potential partnerships, we may consider factors such as:

·       Long-term integrity and leadership character

·       Mission alignment and doctrinal clarity

·       Financial transparency and accountability

·       Demonstrated impact and sustainability

·       Relational connection and trust

·       Field credibility and firsthand verification whenever possible

Because of the number of inquiries we receive, we are unable to respond to every request individually, and submission of information does not guarantee partnership consideration or financial support.

We are grateful for those serving faithfully around the world and remain committed to stewarding every partnership opportunity with wisdom, discernment, and integrity.

Thank you for taking the time to learn more about our heart and approach.
